Kingdom Gaming Holiday Club

Kingdom Gaming are opening our doors for our customers for our 2024 holiday kids club!

Open from 8.30am to 5.30pm on selected dates during the school holidays, Kingdom Gaming will provide an immersive safe space for children aged 8 to 16 to go during the school holidays.

The holiday club is limited to 16 entrants per day so our team can focus our efforts on providing the best experience for the children taking part.

Alongside daily events revolving around the games we play such as Pokemon, Warhammer 40k, Magic The Gathering, Yu Gi Oh and much more we will also have multiple other activities on hand at all times for the children to enjoy, including painting sessions, games, video games and a TV chill out area.

Throughout the day, children are provided unlimited squash, food must be provided parents by way of a packed lunch and any additional snacks that will be stored in a secure fridge and/or cupboard as necessary - Any dietary requirements or medical requirements must be communicated to the Day Leader at the start of the session. Children can purchase additional refreshments from the store, alternatively parents can pay the Day Leader at the beginning of the day for their child to select refreshments as and when they may want.

Children will not be permitted to leave the venue throughout the session unless written permission is provided by a parent to the Day Leader at the start of the session.

The Day Leader will hold an incident book, any information input in to this will be shared with the relevant parent at the end of the session.

Each session is £26 per child, this fee is non refundable and the dates are:

MAY - Tuesday 28th, Thursday 30th
JULY - Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th
AUGUST - Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th, Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th, Tuesday 27th, Thursday 29th

We require a minimum of 4 sign ups in order for any session to run and all bookings must be made in advance. We reserve the right to allow children to take part in the sessions who do not fit the age range, this is at Kingdom Gamings discretion.

Kingdom Gaming have the right to withdraw the holiday club from a child we think are being disruptive or causing behaviour we do not think fits in with our ethos; we will discuss this with any parent at the end of a session by way of the the incident book and will communicate any exclusion to the parent and the length in which the child may be excluded.

Please note - Although our team are well versed in working with children; we are not carers, we cannot provide any in-depth medical support or help.

Parents are welcome to sit in on sessions or come and go throughout the day.
