Terms and Conditions :-
- We endeavour to post all orders within five working days of placing the order, however some stock can change quickly or is on a back order. If you are not notified the item is on back order at the point of purchase, we will contact you within five working days of your order being placed providing you a timescale for delivery. If this is not adequate, we can process a refund in full.
- Delivery is charged based on projected delivery cost including the materials it costs to post. We used different couriers depending on the weight of your order and your location. If you have a preferred courier, please contact us prior to placing an order.
- Customers are able to amend or cancel any order up until the time it is marked as “processed”, you will receive an email notification advising you when your order has been processed. If you would like to make any amendments or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number.
- If a product is required to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to arrange and fund the return. Any postal fees paid will not be refunded unless the order shipped was an incorrect product.
- Kingdom Gaming Ltd have the right to withdraw any offer of sale and issue a full refund without reason.
- We operate pre-order products for many of our lines, the date advised of release is provided to us by distributors and publishers, this can change at any time and cause delays in you receiving your order. We will endeavour to notify all customers with updates if there is a delay to a pre-order release.
- We will not accept any bank account chargebacks within 28 days of first contact, please endeavour to contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to contacting your bank. These terms will be issued to your bank if this is attempted.
- Any orders delayed, lost or misrouted due to an action of the customer that can result in further charges, the customer will be held liable for those further charges.
- Any order that contains a pre-order or back order product can not be split, your complete order will be sent when the pre-order or back order product becomes available to us.
- We cannot combine orders after you have placed multiple orders, we do not refund postage on multiple orders placed.
- A request for refund will not be processed on a pre-order product within 28 days of the projected release date unless we are able to re-sell your order, your commitment to purchase is as much as our commitment to fulfil your order.
- We do occasionally operate a pre-order process, sometimes the distributor cannot fulfil all of the product we have ordered, in these instances we will attempt to offer an alternative product – You have the right to a full refund if you wish not to accept this alternative.
- If you wish to return an item for refund, you must return the full order in a saleable condition, we will not accept part returns on an order.
- We reserve and exercise the right to charge a 15% cancellation fee on all refunds requested, this policy will be executed on any refund request no matter when the request is made.
